Rental Properties Module
Real-Fusion's Rental Property Module is specifically designed to track rental properties available and the associated information. This module is very similar to the listing module except it is designed for rental properties. Many of the fields are the same and searches can be done in a variety of ways.
The system tracks when properties are going to be available, type of lease required, whether pets are allowed. For coastal areas, boat dock requirements, recreational facilities, etc. are tracked. The system also tracks the present tenant, commissions, rental fees, etc.
Calls for available rental units can be handled fast and efficiently using the many indexes available. Appointments can be set to show rental units.
The rental module connects to the pending contract file so commissions and the closing process can be completed without any duplicate entry.
