Referral Module

Real-Fusion's Referral Module is a comprehensive set of programs designed to manage the referral process. One of the most time consuming processes in the real estate office is keeping track of incoming and outgoing referrals. A great deal of income is lost simply because the company was not aware of referral income. This process is made simple with the Referral Module.

The Referral Module was designed to track both incoming and outgoing referrals. The system is utilizes several master files allowing the user to store information on other referral companies and local employers.

This module also uses the sold/pending file to access important data such as the address of the property a referral purchased, the price, estimated closing date, listing, and selling commissions.

The system allows the tracking of agent assignments. The system also accommodates the entering of both flat amount referral fees and calculated fees.

Franchise fees are also calculated automatically and reports can be printed.

There a number of reports available with the module. In addition to printing referral logs for both incoming and outgoing referrals, the system will print follow up reminders to be sent other companies regarding the referral your company sent them. Referrals by Agent can also be tracked and reports printed.

This module will also interface with accounting systems. PSI has a complete line of accounting systems available. In addition to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, there are modules for payroll, inventory accounting, purchase orders, and many more.
