There is an inquiry function to allow you to view selective asset depreciation and an Amortization Calculation function to allow you to calculate the principal amount, interest rate, number of payments, or periodic payment amount of a contract.
You may use this Depreciation Inquiry to view asset depreciation for specific assets. When the inquiry is selected, a screen is displayed showing the Search path. You can use the up and down arrow keys to scroll through the list. When the Asset number you want to inquire about is highlighted press the ENTER key. The appropriate Inquiry screen will appear and from that point on you can scroll through the Asset records using the "+" and "-" keys. After the selected record is displayed, you have the option of printing it.
